Aan de Dappere Strijders Voor Recht en Vrijheid 1899-1900
Occassion: Struck at the instigation of Bachoven Von Eecht. It is the earliest of the commemorative medal in honour of the President’s 70th birthday on October 10th 1900. On this day the President was in Lourenzo Marquess awaiting the arrival of the ship to transport him to Europe
Mintage: Unknown Hard to find in this condition!

1895 Delagoa Bay Railway opening Medal – Kruger NGC Graded MS63
No 16, page 5 in Brian Hern’s Catalogue – Medallions of the ZAR and Anglo Boer War
Issued at the official opening of this railway on 8-10 July 1895, although the railway was operational from the beginning of the year.
Two varieties are known, double flanged wheel and single flanged wheel.
Scarce and rarely seen this nice and graded by NGC!
